The upper level of this home has a full glass wall and patio the length of the home, bringing the sea to you! The fully equipped kitchen gazes out to sea and overlooks the great room with its living and dining areas. A half-bath is available on this level for guests. The tropical dining furniture and luxurious leather seating in the living room make this a very welcoming and comfortable environment for your home-away in San Felipe.

The lower level features 2 private master bedroom suites. Each suite has 2 queen beds and a private bath with walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have views to the lower level patio area and the Sea of Cortez. The spacious lower level brick patio has both covered and open areas for enjoyment, with views of the sea and the San Felipe city lights.

Full laundry area (washer/dryer) is on the upper level. Secured parking in either an enclosed 1 car garage or the gated driveway. The driveway is multi-purpose and can accommodate either cars, a boat or a trailer with “toys”.
